Do you Like Coffee A latte?
Denver Tech Center’s hot coffee shops you may not know about…
Did you know on average, 66% of women and 62% of men say they drink coffee daily? Coffee houses are popping up everywhere around Denver opening on the regular. Becoming an expert in all things Denver, we have experienced many of the new coffee shops around the Denver Tech Center. Here’s a handful of options you need to check out in your next BFF date, or business meeting:
Cherry Bean DTC

Similar to a cherry bean that needs the right conditions and care from farmers and their co-laborers each step of the way in order to reach its full potential, Cherry Bean strives to maintain that same level of commitment with everyone served.
What to Expect:
- A unique experience that celebrates the independent character of the local community
- Diversity of culture, and craftsmanship, of the global community of specialty coffee
- Large selection of Kyoto-style cold brews, fresh-squeezed juices and smoothies
- The food menu offers a variety of items prepared from scratch locally: empanadas, breakfast burritos, English muffins, paninis, croissants, pastries & more
The Vibe:
- A very sleek, modern atmosphere — interesting shelving, very cool artwork from local artists, comfy leather loveseats if you want to chat with friends
- Tables with electricity/USB connections if you need to get some work done, or just recharge
Monk and Mongoose Landmark

Monk & Mongoose is a premium coffee shop focusing on experience, education, & excellence in finely crafted cups of coffee.
What to Expect:
- Excellent, knowledgeable baristas who definitely know how to make a vanilla latte
- Their teas are from Spirit Teas and made in a tea press
- Pastries and bottled beverages from revolution bake shop, not extensive but enough to suit most tastes
The Vibe:
- Cool vibe, fireplace to hang out
- I like the fact that they source their coffee through Denver-based Sweet Bloom, which makes sure all the coffee is produced ethically and sustainably.
The French Press

What to Expect:
- Café setting
- Food offers diversity including: pancakes, pitas, salads, chicken sandwiches
- Extensive breakfast and lunch menu, french toast, eggs, burritos, gluten free and vegetarian options available
- Large portions, intimate spot, huevos rancheros, homemade
- Order at the counter off chalkboard menu, busy on the weekends, food delivered quickly, reasonable prices
The Vibe:
- Great neighborhood eatery
- Relaxed, cozy environment but can get busy during breakfast/brunch. Not the ideal place to hang out and work during those times.
